Lake Issyk-Kul

It is considered one of the most beautiful lakes in Kyrgyzstan. It is a collection of river water and melting snow throughout the year, which is why its waters are cold. It is also the main source of fish wealth in Kyrgyzstan. Its length reaches 180 km, its width reaches 85 km, and its depth reaches 600 metres. More than 3,000 rivers flow into it from the surrounding mountains, and it includes resorts and hotels with all services and supplies. You can take a boat tour inside the lake in addition to trying parachute in the lake and many other water games and activities.
Spirit of Urdu Museum:
The Spirit of Urdu is a cultural center dedicated to the history of the five main cultures and religions that the Kyrgyz Republic has experienced throughout the ages: Catholicism, Orthodox Christianity, Judaism, Islam and Buddhism, in addition to the presence of influential historical stories and figures in the life of the state in ancient times, and the tree of origin of the Kyrgyz people and its most important traditions, traditions, games and culture. The Spirit of Ordu Museum is located on the coast of Issyk-Kul in Cholpon-Ata. The goal of the Urdu Spirit was to become a spiritual center and a place for the beginning of interfaith understanding and peace. Also on the territory of the complex there is a memorial house to Ch. Aitmatov and sculptures dedicated to his works, two exhibition halls with ethnic symbols of nomadic peoples, a photo gallery and a photo hall. The complex hosts national and international festivals, exhibitions, events and excursion tours are organized.
Golden sand beach:
It is located in the city of Bostri, which is considered the main heart of events on Lake Issyk-Kul, where there are commercial markets and various restaurants, in addition to water activities that you can do such as parachuting in the lake, riding water tanks, a boat tour within the lake, and the Ein-Issykul Wheel, which enables you to see… The lake’s surroundings are at a high altitude
Semenovsky Valley:
Located on the northern shore of Issyk-Kul, 40 km east of the city of Cholpon-Ata above the village of Semenovka, there is one of the most beautiful places in the Issyk-Kul region – the Kerchin Gorge (Semyonovskoe Gorge). The valley is about 30 kilometers long. The mountain river Ak-Suu with the purest glacial water flows along the bottom of the gorge, and majestic Tien Shan fir trees rise on the slopes. In spring and summer, the clean mountain air is filled with the scent of alpine herbs. Semenov Gorge is one of the attractions of the Kyrgyz Republic and is one of the mandatory excursions for tourists vacationing in Issyk-Kul. In the summer, tents are set up here, where everyone can taste Kyrgyz national cuisine. Horse riding tours are organized along the gorge for horse riding enthusiasts.
Grigorievskoye Valley (Kerchin Valley):
Semenovskoe and Grigorievskoe straits are the largest and most famous straits on the northern shore of Issyk-Kul Island, located on the Kongi Alatau mountain range. It is located about 30 km from Cholpon-Ata, on the road from Bishkek. There are trekking routes in the region, some of which pass through the mountains towards the city of Almaty in Kazakhstan. A 15 km long asphalt road leads into the mountains. It extends along the Chon Ak-Suu River, passing through the Kirchin tourist center. The road leads to a summer pasture located at an altitude of 2,010 meters above sea level, where Cheonak-su meets Kechi-ak-su. The river flows from the glaciers about 34 kilometers down to Lake Issyk-Kul via three other small lakes. Half the tents are occupied by travellers,The other half is home to local families providing service and entertainment. Guests can experience accommodation in traditional Kyrgyz yurts, for example, sleeping not on beds, but on traditional blankets directly on the floor of the yurt, as Kyrgyz nomads did. You will not find the usual toilets and bathrooms here, but the experience of spending several days in such an authentic place will completely compensate for any inconveniences and hustle and bustle of the cities.
